Too small

Way too small. And they're wrong for showing you that picture they need to put something else beside it to show you the actual size.

Small, but received in knots in box

Disappointed on how I received this necklace. (See photo) it was completely knotted in the box. I have been trying to unknot it, it was worse than the photo but it’s still pretty tangled right now. Someone just carelessly threw it in. I knew it would be a small pendant based off of reviews but I was ok with this. I called customer care but I was told there’s no more “A” necklaces available so I just need to return it. Just unacceptable.
