Signature Soy Wax Candle

As an Army family posted in Europe we don't have access to some of our favorite things and often we find companies will not ship to APO addresses. Not only can we can get our favorite Archipelago candles (the Tobacco Bergamot is the best on the market!) but Nordstrom ships to us and does so quickly. Every time I order its like having a little bit of home sent to us...and all of our European friends marvel at the scent too. An absolute must have!

I purchased one of these candles looking for a clean summer scent and am hooked. I have been back for 10 more for gifts and for myself. These are by far the freshest scents on the market and burn completely clean as well. I am still on the first candle I purchased nearly 6 weeks ago and burn it for at least 2 hours a day at dinner time to clear the house of the food smells. I have not only fallen in love with them myself, but received so many compliments from neighbors and friends who have popped in and smelled the fresh scent. I have purchased brands that cost 5 times what the price of these are and not been so impressed. Hop on these quickly before they are all gone.

I read the other reviews but was still hesitant with the Tobacco scented candle. I love woodsy masculine candles, but even when opening the candle and smelling the actual wax, I wasn't sure. After lighting and using in our kitchen, I'm in love. It's a subtle even smell. Never overpowering, but with amazing throw. I can literally smell the candle in the morning after we've used it the evening before. The entire house (we have an open floor plan) takes on the subtle scent, but it never gives a headache or feels like too much. Scent is complex and just beautiful. Very unique. I immediately purchased another for a friend as a housewarming gift. Also a bonus the candle seems to be very long burning. We've been using daily for 2 weeks and still have 3/4 of the wax left.

I ordered the Pineapple Ginger because I saw a blogger rave about it (even before the Nordstrom Sale). It smells heavenly!!! You smell pineapple but it’s not overly sweet. It basically smells like a Tommy Bahama store. It’s very well packaged. I’ll be keeping this for myself but I might order more for gifts :)

I have been buying this brand of candles for years for myself and others. They are far superior to every other brand I have tried, including high end favorites such as Diptyque and Voluspa. My favorites are the 'Bergamot Tobacco' and 'Bamboo Teak'. The scents are strong, long-lasting and well-packaged.
