Print Chiffon Button-Up Sleeveless Top

I can’t comment on the fit as I’ve never received the product. It’s been over a month and there is no tracking available, I wrote to Nordstrom and they denied me a refund. I actually ordered this shirt first months ago and after waiting over four weeks I finally received a shirt, but not the one that I ordered. I did get a refund for that so I re-ordered the shirt but once again it was sent out with no tracking information and that was on February 11, a month later I still don’t have the shirt. I’ve never seen such a ridiculous situation and I order constantly from Nordstrom. I’ve wasted time on the phone time and on chats and on emailing, a lot of frustrating wastes of time. I hope Nordstrom reads this and takes action because there’s something wrong with the shipping department of this company and also their unwillingness to refund me for something that I never have received.
