APL
Luxury meets performance in athletic shoes from APL. The brand's original Concept 1 basketball shoe featured groundbreaking Load 'N Launch technology that instantly increased vertical leap—so much so that it was banned by the NBA for providing undue competitive advantage. Today, APL running shoes feature their Propelium tech, which offers incredible cushioning and maximizes energy generation, no matter how far you're going. Plus, their innovative designs and color palettes are a slam dunk.

I am in love....
These shoes are really great! They fit perfectly and they are super light. The toe box is wide and I feel grounded in them. Good for all day walking. Not a runner so cannot speak to that . Additionally they are stylish and are pull-ons!! Wish they had better colors.

destroyed my knees
I wanted to love these, they are SO CUTE! but within 3 months of wearing even just a walk around the grocery store kills my knees. the lack of support has lead to months in physical therapy for muscles pulled in both knees. such a bummer.

Not worth it in the end
I was looking for a lightweight workout shoe that I could take with me on trips which would not take a lo of space in my suitcase. I had read a lot of great reviews of the APL so I decided to try them out. I ordered them in my normal size, 8.5, and in a 9,in case they ran a bit small. As for sizing, they run true to size; though I prefer a bit larger just for the comfort while exercising. As for the shoe, I was not wowed at all. Frankly, I do not understand the hype. The shoes are lightweight but they feel too flimsy and without much support. I walked around in them in the house but they just didn’t do it for me. The price point is too high for this type of shoe. I returned both pair and bought a pair of Saucony at my local running store instead.

Don't believe the hype...
Although these running shoes are light weight, they offer ZERO support and only moderate cushion. I was very disappointed given the hype. The toe box is very wide, and made my slim feet look like clubs.

wanted to love these...
After months of reading reviews, I finally caved and bought these. I am a long distance runner. Flat + very narrow feet/heels. These felt great when I put them on at first, but then as I walked around my house my heel was slipping a ton, so much they were pulling my running socks down. Just asking for some major blisters. I do have a narrow heel but I don’t think that was the issue. I ordered my normal size, 7.5 (I wear onClouds and I am a 7.5 as well- 7.5AA narrow in ASICS for reference for my running pals out there). The inner fabric is very slippery material- like silk. Not so great for a running shoe. I decided to return and I’m going to try the Techloom Pro since they do not have that inner fabric looking part. Fingers crossed no slipping! Otherwise they are a beautiful shoe!

Snug on one foot and not much foot support
I ordered these in my usual size and my right foot felt tighter and you could visibly see the left shoe was wider than the right shoe. Also, after standing in them for about 20-30 minutes at home, my feet felt tired. I slipped on my Adidas shoes in comparison and they were so much more comfortable and offered much more support.

Pretty but NOT for activity
I don't suggest getting these shoes other than for style. They provide little to no support which makes training (lunges, squats, moving around) quite painful- especially if you have a narrow foot like me. They aren't bad to run in short distances but I would not classify them as a running shoe.
