Apa Perforated Leather Top Handle Bag

Cute bag which holds more than you think. Is a bit bulky to wear with long strap as a crossbody and you can see through it to your bag contents. You may want to keep your things in pouches that are similar to the bag color. The strap IS NOT adjustable as described, it is permanently sewn on. This makes it a bit messy to carry with just the top handle. Also, the shoulder strap is sewn on backwards, and thus the adjustable buckle faces in toward your body and clothing which is uncomfortable and can damage your clothing. The salesperson helping me told me this was done intentionally by Tod’s, but that is hard to believe. I think it’s a manufacturing error. I think the bag is super cute but not sure I want to keep it with the strap issue.

Should have listened to the previous reviewer. This is a beautiful bag so it’s disappointing that I had to return it. The style and size of the bag is great. The perforated leather makes its very unique. The interior has two compartments with two inner zipper pouches in between and closes with a claw clip. So this is where it gets annoying. Nordstrom says the strap is removable but you CAN’T remove the crossbody strap. It is definitely sewn on and it makes it really odd, especially when I would prefer to carry the bag by the center strap. It’s also odd that there is only one center strap and it makes carrying the bag very unstable and should have two straps like their other bags do. Then, because the crossbody strap is sewn on you have to fold it up and put it inside the bag and it’s so odd because you can see it plus it takes away one of the compartments and looks messy. You can see how odd it looks in the picture. So then I went to adjust the crossbody strap to see what it looks like on and it’s sewn to the bag incorrectly! It’s sewn on backwards and it’s so obvious when you are wearing it. Definitely was a dealbreaker for me. I think there were some serious mistakes made on this bag so sadly it will be going back.
