Antonia Lace Trim Long Sleeve Satin Minidress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous on. The way the sleeves lay is SO flattering. The material, lace, and details are very high quality. Worth every penny!

I bought two BARDOT brand dresses during the Anniversary sale and unfortunately, both are being returned. This dress is a very shiny satin material. The design of it though - it's very boxy and unflattering in fit and it is HUGE. I sized down based on the photos and the size reference (normal dresses I wear a 10-12 / Large) and picked up a size 10 and it was way too large. Aside from that, the way the buttons work, you almost HAVE to wear something underneath it because there's no real material to cover the chest area if the material shifts at all near the buttons. Overall, unfortunately did not work at all for me. Also - not sure when size US 10 was known to be XL. This is what the tag and label reads.

This dress is so much better in person. Absolutely love it with my new boots. Perfect for fall.

One star off because of the awkward gap in between the buttons. This really needs a slip for that issue. It’s only lined on the bottom. The length in a 6/M worked great for me at 5’4”. Sleeves a little too long but can’t tell since it’s the style

This dress is really fun. I’m on the fence about keeping it. It’s so soft and feels really good on. But. It’s super short. More of a tunic than a dress (but, I’m 5’9” so would probably be ok if you’re shorter) the unexpected thing is there is an international gap in the buttons. Not that it’s too tight and pulls, but the buttons are made to leave about a 1cm gap along all of them. Kind of a peek-a-boo effect? Would be easy to layer a tank top for more modesty or just let it be a little flirty. It’s definitely not a fall work dress.

Beautiful dress and gorgeous colors, but it’s way too short on me. I’m only 5'3", and even a small movement makes it reveal too much. Not comfortable for public wear.
