Sleeveless Sheath Dress & Jacket Set

I ordered a size smaller than usual, and it fits well. I give four stars is for the dress itself. I find the jacket to be useless. The sleeve length is awkward, it looks like bad tailoring. I could have the sleeves shortened, but I think the jacket would still be quite dull. If the jacket had been waist length, and if the sleeves had been either near the elbow or full-length, it could have been great.

I almost never order clothing online, but I needed a conservative warm weather outfit for a funeral in the South, so I turned to Nordstrom. As others have noted, the dress runs large. I am 5’6 125 lbs. and ordered a Size 6. The jacket fit perfectly, but the dress was too large in the hips. I had Nordstrom expedite the alterations and the final result was a perfect fit. Thank you Nordstrom!
