They are Patent Leather

They are a very pretty shoe, and I like them, but they appeared to be suede or manmade suede in the pictures. I probably would have liked them better in suede, but I wanted a bright red shoe and that's what I got. The other suede shoes I have ordered as red, come and are always closer to an orange. These are definitely Candy Apple Red and are very pretty.
