Angeline Sleeveless Satin Corset Gown

The dress was given to me as if it had been worn already. It seemed as though somebody wore the dress and then returned it after because they didn't need it anymore. The color was faded, there were snags on the dress, and the bottom of the dress was stained and dirty. For the amount that this dress is priced at, this is unacceptable. I returned the dress and ultimately got my money back.

Dear Nordstrom Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about an order I recently placed online for a House of CB dress through Nordstrom. When I received the package and opened the box, I was very disappointed to find that the dress was clearly not in new condition. The House of CB ribbon was missing, and the dress appeared to have been worn before. The bottom of the dress was dirty, and there were visible pulls/snags on the fabric. I was especially concerned when I checked the reviews for this dress on the Nordstrom website and found that other customers had also reported receiving this same dress in a previously worn condition. This makes me very concerned about the quality-control process for this item. I went to a Nordstrom store today to return the dress, but I was told that they could not accept the return there. I ordered this dress from Nordstrom expecting to receive a brand-new item in perfect condition. Receiving a dress that appears to have been worn, is dirty, damaged, and missing the original House of CB ribbon is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could please review this situation and provide me with a solution, including a full refund and instructions on how to return the defective/used item at no cost to me. I can provide photos of the condition of the dress, including the missing ribbon, dirt on the hem, and the pulls/snags, as well as screenshots of the customer reviews mentioning similar issues. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Thank you
