Rowan Leather Racer Jacket

Lovely jacket; well made; buttery leather but ran very small. Had to return the small. I'm a size 4.

I’m still on the fence with this jacket. Not one review probably because they were incentive reviews mentions how the collar curves in and has a memory so it doesn’t sit straight?? It’s in all the pictures of reviews! Not sure what’s up with that but won’t lay straight! The leather is beautiful and the fit is really nice along with great length in sleeves but the zippers on bottom do hang down if that bothers you? Mostly for me it’s just the collar won’t lay straight and has a crooked memory. Not sure if that’s worth keeping or not yet??

Very nice, size up if you are tall or have a large chest.

Been looking and trying for a leather jacket on and off for years, couldn’t find one that was quite right and got overwhelmed by the vast amount of choices lol. Also wasn’t excited about the sale in a few years, but somehow this jacket among others were pleasant surprise in becoming staples in my closet. Though nervous to try this jacket since most reviews seemed to be incentivized, I’m so glad I tried it, finally was what I was looking for - fit, feel, look etc was all there for me. I agree with others that it does run smaller; I got a medium instead of a small like I might get for other jackets and fits almost perfectly. I’m also petite at 5’2” (130-131 lbs, 32DDD), but my torso is almost longer than my legs so this jacket actually fit me well in torso and arms. Sleeves are a bit long on me, but prefer that if it gets cold at least my hands are somewhat covered. The collar is a bit higher than I’d like, but not too much that it’s annoying plus can keep neck warm. Most importantly for me, it’s wide enough in the shoulders to accommodate mine (about 15 in wide), but without looking like shoulder pads are there or overemphasizing my shoulders; it helps my torso look better proportioned. Not too tight/loose in the armpits. It’s sporty but still sleek-looking. I was between this and the all saints bomber leather jacket, and I loved this more for the style. Leather is good quality, but not so thick and heavy that it feels suffocating which I like my outerwear to be like nowadays. Pockets are a good size and placed well. Classy look and quality that should last a long time, definitely recommend!!
