What it is: A velvet-smooth lip mousse with a weightless, full-pigment, true-matte color finish.

What it does: The formula is cushioned, comfortable on your lips and provides a smoothing lip finish.

How to use: Using the point of the wand, trace the Cupid's bow to the center of lips. Shape and outline edges. Gently swipe flat paddle edge of wand across lips in one smooth gesture for full-pigment, true-matte, soft focus color.

Lovely lip color. I'm very picky on lipstick! This actually lasts longer than a regular lipstick! I will order more shades for sure.

DULL AND DISAPPOINTING
I chose Peach Amber. Based on pics on here and from those lying influencers, it look like the perfect pop of peach I was looking to wear this summer with a soft brown liner. IT WAS NOT. The only way this popped was if I used Mac Lipglass OVER it, and that’s too much things to have to do. Especially when it’s windy my hair sticks to my lips. Nope, I returned it.

Lip Velvet is the Perfect Name
This lip velvet liquid lipstick glides on nicely and is the first matte lipstick that I've used that did not feel like it was drying out my lips (worn over ABH lip primer). The color (Parchment) is not bold or dramatic, just a nice added color (On me it looks like a light brown with a hint of tangerine.). The color, for me, lasts for over four hours.
