good for a straight body type
I am a pretty reliable medium size 8 and got a medium. It's not tight at all, it's boxy and straight, exactly like the model picture. As per usual (all my dresses) I got it altered to take up the shoulders, now it is not so low cut. Since I have a shorter torso, this simple alteration makes a nice difference. The ties are really fun. I tied the ends together to make one super long belt that I wrapped around my middle 4 times to create a wide belt. It looks so cute. I got the tan, which is orange-y- just like the picture. I would buy another color in a minute, but I'm not into pastels. This was a missed opportunity for a white option. The fabric is so thick , canvas like- white would not have been see-through.

Fit is all wrong
I am a true 10 and ordered the large, and it fit like a body con dress. Not swingy at all and the fabric is thick and odd. Disappointed

too big
Would’ve been absolutely obsessed with this if it came in an extra small. Fit is baggy and long. Straps way too long as someone else mentioned but was excited about the option of using one strap to belt the dress at the waist.

The top is so baggy. Stiff material. The ties come separately and are too long in my opinion. Tried a small and medium.

3 stars for style only
I was excited to get this dress, I ordered it in both a M + L. Upon arrival, it was wrinkled and I imagine with wear that won't change much. Like I said, the 3 stars I gave are for style only. The material is soft and the pink is so cute. I really wanted to love it, but it's a rather tight fitting shift dress. I'm 5'0 ~135 with hips and almost always a M across all brands, can even get away with S, but the bottom half of the size L of this dress just barely fit, definitely not shift-style, and I could barely get the M past my waist. This might be more appropriate for less curvy women or for those who have straight figures.
