Color is inaccurate
The color shown on the website is inaccurate. The hat is not khaki, it is stone. I ordered twice because I thought they sent the wrong color, but I received the same stone hat twice. It seems to be a well made hat otherwise.

The wrong color was sent to me TWICE.
I had noticed that other customers had reviewed stating that they tried to order the darker khaki color but then received the lighter stone khaki color. When I first received the lighter one, I called in and asked for a replacement, explained what had happened to the representative and he said he understood and placed the second order for me. Well today another light khaki stone cap arrived instead of the darker Khaki one I had ordered twice. How come it is so hard to remedy this situation if numerous customers have written a complaint? I now need to mail back two incorrectly received hats and find a fed ex drop off to do so, or go into a Nordstrom.

Wrong color received
In general, love the hat, super cute - 3 stars because I ordered khaki and received stone. It was neutral enough so ended up keeping it.
