No changes
To early to notice any changes is only been 2 weeks. So far I don't see anything. In the past I've used other brands and I've seen immediate results, but not with this one. I'm also taking this brands iron supplement and they were not a good for me so maybe this brand is just not for me.

Excellent product, excellent brand, I have seen how my nails and hair have grown, and the best thing is that it helps the immune system. Where I live the weather changes constantly and that affects people with low defenses. I have not had a cold for several months.

my hairs and nails getting stronger
After only 10 days of use, I'm already noticing that my hairs and nails are getting stronger.. This contains collagen and other vitamins in addition to biotin.

Already noticing a difference!
I'm already noticing my nails getting stronger after only about ten days of using. I had been using the otc brands but my nails were still thin and peeling. I think this might be the answer since it has not just biotin but collagen and other vitamins.
