strange fit

Wanted to love the shoe. It’s comfy underfoot but the heel kept slipping. Normally I’m a 7 so I tried both the 6.5 and 7.5 and heel slipped just the same on both. I do have a narrow heel but even so, most shoes don’t slip completely like these.
