Looked Frumpy
I thought this would be a cute casual dress. The fit was odd. The arm holes were large, the tiers of the skirt were crooked and the elastic waist did't line up correctly on me. It was just off. I have two other dresses by this line and love them and they fit great and I received complements when they were worn. Not sure why this just didn't look good on me. Unfortunately it is on it is on it's way back to Nordstrom.
