Runs very large

Love the colors and design . Purchased to go with suit. I wear a 14 suit, 38G bra. The shounder seams of size large were 1. 5 inches too large on either side. I would feel free to wear this coverup into a store from the boat but may be a bit short for everyday wear. I am 5‘4“. Certainly would look like a cute dress.
