extremely poor quality
I have never been more disappointed by any item sold by Nordstrom before. It was shipped just inside of a plastic UPS bag. Soon as you open the shoebox you can smell the strong odor. The brand on the box and inside of the shoes are nothing like the description. This is very upsetting
