What it does: Lightweight yet durable, this professional-quality pan is made from pure, cold-forged aluminum that heats up rapidly and evenly, ensuring perfectly cooked food. The wide, angled sides make it easy to stir without spilling. The innovative Ti-X coating features five layers: three layers of enhanced nonstick coating, a Plasma Primer that offers superior resistance to metal utensils and a durable fifth protective layer that prevents peeling, blistering, corrosion and abrasions. It's easy to clean and safe for high-heat cooking. The Triplinduc base protects the pan from warping and is 30% more efficient on induction than competitors' pans.
Additional features: Lightweight aluminum construction eliminates arm strain. Ergonomic, stay-cool stainless-steel handle is securely riveted and comfortable to grip. Flared rim makes for no-mess pouring.
Compatible heat sources: All cooking surfaces, including induction. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
