What it does: Developed specifically for the outdoors, this cast-iron grill pan delivers superior heat retention and distribution. It's encased in a durable matte-black enamel that is easy to clean and requires no seasoning. It resists dulling, staining, chipping, cracking and rusting, and it develops a patina over time to enhance cooking performance. The surface area features a herringbone ribbed texture that is ideal for preparing flaky fish and tender meats.
Additional features: This pan is sized to fit on most grills and has a low-profile design so you can close the hood of the grill. The raised, oversized handles make for easy lifting and maneuvering on the grates. It nests with other items in the Alpine Outdoor collection for easy storage.
