Alphamale Galvin Oxford

Received my order with a damaged box and missing Louboutin dust bags. Contacted Nordstrom customer service and was told that they can’t control that the bags were missing. They offered a Nordstrom dust bag as a replacement because they cannot provide the ones from the brand. Do yourself a favor and purchase directly from Louboutin. Buying from them, items are packaged better, the boxes don’t show up damaged and missing accessories.
