Disappointed.
I hate this bag. It is the first Tumi I have ever purchased and I am very disappointed. The top front does not hold it's shape. I have tried everything from filling the bad full to putting almost nothing in it, and it always ends up looking like the top front is smashed in whenever it slightly touches any other object. If that is the way the bag is going to actually look you should show it in the photos.

Good for commuting, not so much for travel
Quality of the backpack is top of the tops, but size and functionality are not at the Tumi level.
Size is just OK for going to the office, but for business trips you might need a little more space. Pouches are functional but tight.
Conclusion: a very good backpack for daily commuting.

Quick, Productive, Adventure Ready
This is a small-ish, nimble backpack perfect for productive mornings, and urban adventures in the afternoon. I'm a busy NYC parent who often moves from boardroom to ballfields in a matter of hours. I'm constantly on the move, and this stylish pack moves well with me. It only holds the essentials and it travels well by subway, airplane and bike. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I'm not sure how it will handle the NYC hustle long-term, but I have high hopes.
