What it is: An aromatherapeutic, homeopathic mist that helps deliver stress- and muscle-easing magnesium to your body.
What it does: Three pumps of this spray releases 45mg of magnesium that is then directly absorbed by your body along with arnica to help soothe sore muscles and valerian to help ease tension. It's naturally fragranced with mandarin orange, rice milk and calming botanical essential oils, and is powered by antioxidant-rich amla superberries.
How to use: Spray onto skin and massage in, focusing on areas of tension of fatigue. Use as needed.

love it!
I love using this before I go to bed. It puts me to right to sleep and I find myself waking up less often during the night. I thought maybe I was just that tired so stopped using this for a week and woke up multiple times at night. Started using it again and boom, slept like a baby.

The smell wasn't for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on some of my painful areas and I didn't love the way it smelled and the way it felt on my skin also it didn't help with pain like it suggests.

Amazing!
I love this spray! It’s scent is divine, it feels amazing, and leaves my skin and muscles feeling refreshed and renewed. I strained my neck muscles not too long ago, and this spray is magic for helping me ease tension and relieve soreness! I absolutely love this spray, as well as Alo’s body oil. Together they are making my skin and body feel amazing:)

Great for post workout
I have been using this on sore muscles after pilates and pole dancing for the last couple weeks. This is wonderful for fatigued and sore muscles post workout. It's pricey, so that's the reason I can't give it five stars. We will see how long it lasts. If it doesn't run out quickly then the price is less of an issue. And bonus it smells fantastic.

Love this!
I used this for my sore arm a few weeks after surgery and surprisingly really liked this. It smells great and seems to help sooth my achy muscle.
I originally bought it for my daughter for after her sports, but it’s mine now!
