Anouck Sling Leather Backpack

I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved this bag. The leather is supple, pliable, and sumptuous, everything about it is EASY! Access to my things was amazing, the little back zipper pocket was perfect for my phone, I kept my favorite pen clipped in one of the pockets inside. For those who don't need or want a wallet, the card slots would have been great (I didn't use them) – When I tell you I loved this bag, I'm not kidding. I haven't loved a bag like this in a while. I'm not hard on bags. I think the design flaw is that all the stress of any and all weight of the bag (and its contents) is on the zipper and it's too much. I haven't even had the bag for a full two months and it's almost impossible to open. The zipper is so mishappened. At first, I thought I could prevent it if I just pulled the zipper all the way across, instead of meeting in the middle. Nope. It's just a design flaw. I paid way too much for this bag and the matching wallet for this to happen. I understand why it's happening, but that doesn't make it okay.

I wanted something different to take to work besides a tote. I have been using this bag everyday since 07/07 so I feel like I’ve used it enough to know if I truly like this bag and I absolutely do. The color is beautiful and the material is very durable! The only slight change I would make if the brand would Have added a keyring to clip your keys inside and good size pocket inside with a zipper (there is a small pocket to store credit cards and a second pocket to put a card holder wallet, keys, lipstick, etc.) but it was not a deal breaker. I wanted a bag but enough to fit my LV desk agenda, pochette and small cosmetic bag and it all fits and still has room on top. The front of the bag as a zipper pocket which I use to store my AirPods, hand sanitizer and hand lotion and all it fits without cramming it. The strap is wide enough so It feels comfortable on my shoulder. If I wanted to, I could fit the strap almost cross body with the bag laying flat on my back but my trip from my car to the office is a short distance so I usually wear the strap over my shoulder with no issues. Very happy with this purchase.

The color is actually stunning. I decided I am not a big fan of the one shoulder strap. Wanted to love it but it just won't work for me. Looking for something that is guaranteed to be a hands free experience. The style is gorgeous and the quality is excellent so if the one shoulder thing is not an issue for you, go for it.
