Great, versatile boot for whatever the weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super comfortable boot in a style that works with both casual and formal outfits. The added waterproof benefit is fantastic. I wore these walking around rainy Paris, and my feet were warm and dry the whole time. I highly recommend.

Poor Quality Control
I have purchased over dozen pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes over a 30 year period. I will no longer do so. My older Allen Edmonds shoes are of significantly higher quality (I'm still wearing most of them) than what they are making today. Overall quality and quality control has delcined drastically over the past several years such that the brand is no longer a guarantee of high quality footwear. This pair of Tannner boots arrived with what appears to be adhesive dripped on the elastic portions of both boots (see photos). I returned them and will buy now from Crockett & Jones.
