Too loose

The show is so loose because the woven leather is so soft that it has no structure and my foot slides right out of the shoe. The leather back of the shoe does not support my heal the leather is soft and buckles.

Fix the grip on heel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your products and have been a loyal customer for sometime based on quality and style. When I purchased the Portofino Loafer I thought I would have the same experience. However I quickly found out the heel has no support, so of course when you walk the shoe slips off from the heel due to lack of grip and basic movement. Please fix this issue with future shoes as I really loved the style of the loafer and was extremely disappointed on the functionality of this shoe especially for the price. Do better! Sincerely, dedicated customer.
