Refining Luxury Sneakers

I purchased this model in the grey suede and the picture doesn’t do it justice—instead of a brownish hue it’s a much richer, darker grey which goes well with everything I own. It’s very well made and comfortable right out of the box with no need to play around with inserts or gels. The quality construction is evident throughout and it’s definitely a step up from the other brands you see on display.

Defective product unfortunately.

Had high hopes. Shoe looks and feels great. Made in Portugal and not in China so that is a big plus. Unfortunately the leather finish started to actually flake off in the outside of the left foot after 2 uses. Have not heard back from Allen Edmonds yet so we’ll see…

Break them in

Look great and appear to be of high quality construction. Need a lot of breaking in for a sneaker. Rest in shoe trees for at least 2 weeks before wearing. And the toe-box is very shallow. Won't fit everyone well.

Much better with 3E sizing

This is my second pair of porter derby sneakers. They’re the best any occasion shoe. When they were first introduced they only came in standard widths. They’re much improved with the wide sizing.
