Questionable craftsmanship and quality

Questionable craftsmanship and quality. The price point for these shoes should make a consumer feel safe they're getting a good product and that has not been the case. I'd argue the issues with the pair of shoes I received were acceptable for the factor seconds sale. Extremely disappointed and think AE has lost a customer.

Too Tight for me

This is a perfectly nice boot. However I have a high arch, and while the length was ok, the toe area was too small and I did not have the space for my foot. I returned them. They do not offers a wider size.

Great balance between dress/casual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great boots and the brown CXL is a great color - nice balance between dress and casual - can go up or down and nice amount of room inside if you want to use an insole or thicker socks, etc. vs standard d width dress shoes.
