Poor finish on upper part of shoes where laces are

Very disappointed in the quality the way shoes was made due to the wrinkled finish of the leather by shoes lace holes. This is the 2nd time that I’ve recieved poor product for the same shoe.I’m finished with Allen Edmonds, for the price I paid my shoes should have been better quality.

Third Pair were Great, first 2 were poorly built

I ended buying three pairs of these shoes, because 2 of them were defective. The first pair the shoes didn't match and the finish at the toes were different and off. The second returned pair were because the uppers were of poor quality and were not correctly placed. The last pair that I kept are great. But at this price point and for the Reserve collection, I shouldn't have to return 2 pairs to receive a good pair. The good pair are great, they are comfortable and the fit and design are beautiful.

Best shoe I have ever owned. Made of the best materials. Comfort is beyond compare. Fit is spot on. I had to order 1/2 size down. I highly recommend this shoe. It will last a lifetime and they are worth every penny!
