Lawson Sneaker (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great sneakers to wear with nice jeans and a blazer. I bought both white and blue. Lots of compliments. My only complaint is I wish they came in wide sizes. I wear a 13 wide in all my other Allen Edmonds, and purchased a size 14 (13 were too small). would love theses in a 13 wide or even 13.5 normal, 14 is a tad long for my foot but a thicker sock does the trick. The leather stretches and was able to wear both pairs immediately (though it took a couple of wears to stretch on outside of foot). I ended up up wearing a thicker sport sock vs dress sock. Overall, glad I bought them, a great quality shoe.

After too years the upper was still in good shape but the sole was getting thin. Saw the same pair on sale and grab it again. I wear a 11.5 in most shoes, but 11 works for me in this shoe

I recently purchased a pair these of Allen Edmonds shoes, and I have to say, I’m seriously impressed. For the past 20 years, I’ve pretty much lived in dress shoes. Casual footwear wasn’t something I paid much attention to, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about making the switch. But these shoes completely changed my perspective. The craftsmanship is exactly what you’d expect from Allen Edmonds, solid, well-built, and clearly made to last. The leather is high quality, the fit is comfortable right out of the box, and they strike that perfect balance between sharp and relaxed. I can wear them with jeans or business casual and still feel put together. What really stood out to me is how supportive and structured they feel compared to most casual shoes. They don’t feel flimsy. They feel intentional, like a shoe made for someone who appreciates quality and durability. If you’ve spent years in traditional dress shoes like I have and you’re hesitant about going more casual, this is a great place to start. You’re not sacrificing standards, you’re just expanding them.
