Tellis Slim Fit Stretch Jeans

I was trying to order Everett (as my previous pair does fit and is nicely colored) but ended up having this (Tellis) cut shipped to me instead and it barely fits (tight on the legs). Also, the dye job is janky: super faded on the thighs, untouched elsewhere. That said: the Almost-all cotton fabric (just a tiny bit of synthetic, not enough to be super-vulnerable to pets' claws) is a redeeming factor, but the Everett cut uses the same fabric so I'd still prefer it especially at the list price presented.
