At Allen Edmonds our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we would be happy to assist you with return instructions. Products purchased at AllenEdmonds.ca may be returned by mail within 60 days of purchase provided that the item is unworn, undamaged and in resaleable condition. Customized shoes and items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable. There is a restocking fee of $10 per pair on returns. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the box. You can drop your return off at any staffed Purolator location. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges through the warehouse. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order at your earliest convenience.
