Poor quality, broke within a week
Poor quality, the wood split at the pull tab while trying to remove one of the trees from a shoe on the second use. This made it very difficult to remove without getting splinters on the jagged surface.

My first set is over 15 years old and has had no loss of tension or issue of any kind. I never buy a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes without also buying a set of their shoe trees.
