Staining
after using the first time, I could not clean it. Brown cook stains remained after all foodstuffs were out. Tried several products such as Dawn Power Wash and others. Pan is smooth to the touch but brown cook stains remain. I own other All Clad pans which are very satisfactory.

a great large pan
I recently bought an All Clad cookware set to replace older cookware. I have been really happy with my purchase. But I really needed the 14" pan for cooking large batches of meat/fish/chicken. So when this pan was offered on the website, I jumped on it. And it is another great All Clad product!!!

Good product, well made, thinner material thickness than 12.5" version I have. Only real drawback is that it's more shallow in depth than I expected. Would be even better if the cover was domed rather than flat..
