Broke After One Time Wear
I am very disappointed in the quality of this brand. I wore the necklace once and two of the chains snapped. It is a very complicated piece of jewelry to put on and take off but I love the meaning and what it symbolized for me personally. However, I am not able to return to Nordstrom nor Karma & Luck after calling their customer services. So I just wasted over $100 with no necklace to wear. I’m extremely frustrated by this. I will never buy another Karma & Luck product.
