fantastic leather leggings
These are beautiful leather leggings - not too "tough/motorcycle" and not too "catwoman". i receive lots of compliments every time i wear them. the leather is super soft. they only con is that they are pretty stretchy so if you're in between sizes, order a size down. i am 5'8 and generally wear a 4/27 and the 2 in these work very well. great price for leather leggings as well...
some mentioned the zipper - it is an exposed zipper in the front of the pants; just wear it with confidence with the shorter shirts or wear a longer shirt

Super cute but poor design
I love these pants, which is why I overlooked the fact that they don't have a button and just open and close with the zipper. I knew that they would fall down because they don't have anything holding them up, but they were on sale and so beautiful that I overlooked it. My mistake. Even when you do go down a size, they fall down and I constantly am pulling them up as I go throughout the day. I plan on taking to a tailor to see if he can do anything, but, in retrospect, I probably should've listened to my gut.

Buttery Soft Leather
I've tried on about 2 dozen pairs of leather pants and leggings this season, and these are by far my favorite. Not only are they cheaper than most other designer styles out there, they are SOFTER. They feel like butter and velvet and kittens and all things gorgeous and sleek and soft (ok maybe not kittens). Also, they fit like a second skin. They are really, really tight in the calf so make sure you like that fit. I am 5'7 and they come to just below my ankle.
CONS: They are a bit lower rise than I like, and I get that dreaded muffin top. But I get that on most pants, so it might not be a problem for you. Also, they run rather large, and I imagine they'll stretch out even more since the leather is so soft and thin. I usually am a 4 or size 27 jeans, and I ordered these in a 2. Even the 0 fits me though!

Alice & Olivia legging
After considerable on-line research reading reviews, I decided that these A&O were the leather leggings to have. Typically 27 Rag & Bone, I ordered size 4. Be forewarned, that A&O produces these leather leggings in both NYC and China, and that Nordstrom stocks them from both places - as I ordered a pair from online and another from a store. Though they are supposed to fit the same according to A&O customer service, my opinion is that those from NYC were at least a size smaller. I kept size 4 made in China (fit TTS - snug but not crazy tight).

Overall good--but there's better out there
Have eyed these for like two seasons and finally pulled the trigger. The would have been great had I never tried on the helmut lang leather leggings (which I got on sale through a friends and family 25% off sale).
The Alice and Olivia's are buttery smooth and fit nicely, but they are thinner than the Helmut Langs and the zipper sort of makes it weird to wear with shorter tops. Like I said, they aren't BAD, but I'm OBSESSED with the Helmut Langs.

Savvy chic leather leggings
Great quality and fit, leather is soft and very comfortable! This is the bang for the buck item, as most high quality brands are more than 25% more. So many outfits will come out these leather leggings. Love it!
