Sequin Corded Lace Cocktail Dress

This dress is beautiful. I ordered it for my son's upcoming wedding. I couldn't tell from looking at it online whether it was more of a pinky/blush or a gold/champagne. For me, unfortunately, it is definitely gold/light brownish (I needed it to be blush), which does not fit with the color scheme of the wedding so I am sending it back. I tried it on anyway. I thought the fit was true to size. I am 5'5", 165 lbs and ordered my usual dress size of a 14 and it fit just right, albeit a bit long. It is much more sparkly than it appears in the photo (which I liked!) and was very flattering on. It is fitted, but not so much that it shows every bump and bulge. The fabric is heavy enough to hide panty lines etc, but not so heavy you would feel weighed down. The quality of the dress seemed more expensive than the price reflected. Definitely try it if you are on the fence about it!
