Perfect summer dress

Don’t underestimate this dress! It is beautiful, lightweight, comfortable, elegant and very flattering. I chose it for my son’s wedding in August. And best of all, this dress is bra friendly!!!!

Perfect summer dress for wedding

I was invited to a wedding on Long Island, NY. The invitation said formal. I didn’t own a long or t-length dress, and had trouble finding one. Thankfully the shipping on this was fast (came on Monday, wedding was on a hot 95 Friday of the same week!) Found a tailor to take the shoulders up a bit and add bra snaps. I felt like I fit right in because very few ladies were in shorter dresses. Flowy skirt hem, pretty floral pattern. Good choice for a warm outdoor summer wedding!

Almost a disaster!

Looks nice, but it’s very poorly made. The day before the trip to the wedding, I tried the dress on one last time with the new shoes and accessories. Imagine my horror to find that one shoulder seam was coming apart and the fabric was fraying!! I had no choice but to get out a needle and thread and do the best I could to fix it. The tags were still on!! Also, when I went to remove the tags I could see holes starting in the fabric resulting from the plastic stems that hold the tags. So, so disappointing. The quality is like a Halloween costume.
