Bo Linen Drawstring Shorts

I ordered 4 pairs of the Bo Linen Drawstring Shorts across two separate orders — all Medium, same size selected every time. The lengths are all over the place: some hit above the knee, others fall well past it. Laid flat side by side, you can visibly see the difference — same tag, completely different shorts. I reached out to Alex Crane directly on Instagram, included photos, and they admitted it was a "production error" from a batch that came in "much much longer" and offered to swap them out. I explained I'd bought mine through Nordstrom and the Mediums were already sold out there. After that, radio silence — no follow-up, no resolution, nothing. I even sent a plain "Hello?" days later and got nothing back. Great fabric and look when the fit is right, but I can't recommend buying multiples of this style until they fix their QC — and the lack of follow-through after acknowledging the issue is what really soured it for me.
