Terrible arch / insole
Sneaker felt like it could be good because of the nice soft top-side BUT the insole arch is WAY TOO high so that it hurt my arches a-lot, immediately, and when I tried to put in different insoles (like Dr Scholl's) the space inside the shoe was then too large for my foot (proving the provided insole is way too arched).

arch support
These shoes are actually good for your feet. What some perceive as an arch support that hurts is actually an arch support that supports. I would say that anyone that has an issue with the support in the arch is someone who has not had proper shoes with the proper arch support. These are great shoes and fun to wear.

Works for me!
The first day in the shoe, my feet felt great and all the pain i had previously disappeared within 48 hours. It makes my foot look great and I walk in it 10 hours per day. I am going to purchase another colour too!
