Never received item, sold and shipped by 3rd party
Pay close attention as Nordstrom now has a Nordstrom market place on nordstrom.com, items are sold and shipped by third parties. I ordered this item, it shipped via DHL, with a hand off to USPS for the last mile. After 2 weeks, the item never arrived and was marked delivered. Nordstrom would not refund and pushed to their third party for resolution. I had to dispute the charge through AMEX to resolve. Sad really, Nordstrom used to be known for their customer service. I never expected they would resort to allowing third party sellers on their website. Shopping elsewhere at reliable merchants.
