Francoise Wool Straight Leg Pants

Beautifully tailored, as usual for Akris. However, these pants were badly mis-sized. Akris is usually very consistent with sizing, and I always take a size 6. The pants I got were labeled as a 6, but the "fit" came in as about a size 2. Back they went! Hoping this was an accidental mislabel on this particular pair, and not a hint of a larger problem with this particular style. Ordered another pair in a different style, and they have the usual excellent fit.

Love the way these pants fit. Because of my hour glass figure I’m always having to take in at the waist but because these sit lower on the hip and are already geared towards that body shape alterations really aren’t necessary. Great light wool fabric. Simple styling. Drapes nicely. I’m 5’8” 135 pounds and always fit in the Akris size 8.
