This dress has already been worn by someone
Today I received the dress I had been eagerly waiting for, but unfortunately, I was shocked by its quality. Although the tags are attached, they have already been opened, and there are snags on the chest area, which raises suspicion that the dress has been worn before. Additionally, the zipper is sewn crookedly, and the left cup does not match the right one, making the dress fit poorly. It is very disappointing to receive an item in this condition, especially when expecting a brand-new dress in perfect shape. I kindly ask you to pay more attention to quality control before shipping orders to prevent such situations.
