CANCELLED - OUT OF STOCK
I ordered the skirt and matching top. Nordstrom canceled the skirt because it was out of stock. I called customer service and she explained “The System” didn’t show it was out of stock when I placed the order because it takes time for “The System” to catch up. Also, even though the top hasn’t shipped “The System” can’t cancel it because it’s already in “The System”. So. Nordstrom sells things they don’t have. Sends half of a matching set. Because. “The System”. I’m also waiting for “The System” to process my refund for the skirt they did not have but charged me for any way. Now I’m waiting for a top I don’t want so I can drive to the mall and return it and wait for another “System” to generate a refund. Hey, Nordstrom. I think it’s time for you to upgrade or get a new “System”
