sweater was fine customer service not so much
The sweater fit fine but a bit overpriced for what it is. I was happy to find the sweater was cheaper on the brand’s website. However, when I requested a price match Nordstrom told me they couldn’t honor it because the item had shipped directly from the brand and those items were excluded from adjustment. What?!?? This item came directly from the brand where they’re selling it at a lower price and you can’t match that price???? Make it make sense!!! Really dissatisfied lately. More things getting returned than kept.
