"Please know you’re unable to opt out"
I find it obnoxious that as part of buying something from Nordstrom they send me multiple emails asking me to review the item. And they must know people don't want these emails because they make a point of saying "This is a service message from Nordstrom. Please know you’re unable to opt out of service messages." Thanks, so as part of a purchase, Nordstrom will send emails that they know customers would opt out of if they could. So, they don't allow opt out.
