Farrah Raw Hem Crop Bootcut Jeans

I have a hard time finding a pair of jeans I find flattering on my frame. I really like these jeans! To me these run a bit small. I am 5’3 and about 160 lbs carrying most of my weight in my mid-section and purchased size 32. The 32 is a tad tight on my waist but Nordstrom advised they should stretch a bit. As the name implies these are crop which for me at 5’3 hits my ankle :)

I do NOT recommend these jeans the waist fits just fine but after washing one time the jeans seemed to stretch in the legs and knees amd then after wearing them one time to a dinner where i sat for 2 hours the knees were completely stretched out when I stood up to leave. A pair of $225 jeans should not stretch so bad and be baggy in the knees. For that price point I would expect way better quality. They looked sloppy after 1 wear. I will never buy these again. Do waste your money unless u like baggy knee jeans .

Tried the Mother jeans in same style, and they were too low waisted. These are a mid rise, too, but come up higher, so I feel more comfortable. I normally wear a 27. These are snug, but wouldn’t want them any looser. The slim thigh and kick out flare is very flattering! These are a fabric is a great wash and lightweight, so perfect for summer. Love the raw hem finish — looks so smart. Plan to visit my favorite alterations person to see if the raw hem can be sewn down. These jeans can be worn with your favorite sneakers, or pumps as shown in the photo. My new favorites!

I was super disappointed these didn’t have the stretch like last year’s jeans. They’re not as comfortable without the stretch component. I was excited to have a dark color but what you can’t tell from the picture is there is a lot of fading so it’s not quite the cohesive fall denim I was hoping for. I may order the next size and see if I like it better. I’m 5’1 105 lbs and ordered a 24.
