Finally found a pair of jeans worth talking about. The denim has real weight to it — like the original 501s used to feel before everything went stretchy and thin. The fit is contemporary without being extreme: not high-waisted, not skinny, not so baggy you look like you borrowed them. Just a good, flattering drape that actually moves well. If you’ve been holding onto jeans from five years ago these might be the reason to let them go. Not chasing a trend — more like getting onboard before the opportunity passes because slouchy jeans are so much more comfortable than pinch waist high rise jeans. The one thing to know going in: sizing is tricky. I’m 5’3”, 125 lbs and I could comfortably fit a 26, 27, or even 28 depending on how I want them to sit on my hips. I ended up ordering all three and still deciding what works best for my style. A little annoying, but honestly worth it to get it right.
