Corset Strapless Wide Leg Jumpsuit

First off, I read the reviews about sizing issues, and believe it’s related to the fact this is an exposed, low cut jumpsuit. Jumpsuits are always tricky to size IMO, especially for those of us with wider hips / smaller busts (or the inverse). The pants are also long, so I needed to get it hemmed. I normally wear a 6 in dresses (8 in Aritzia pants; 6 in AGOLDE jeans) so I was shocked how well the size 6 fit! It’s a tad tight in the hips, but nothing shape wear can’t fix. In addition to getting the jumpsuit hemmed, I am having cups placed in the bust so I can go bra-less. I’m also getting the waist tightened by about a quarter inch. It looks SO much more expensive than it is… I also ordered a thin waist belt so the outfit isn’t too bridal. My measurements are 35-29.5-39.5 for reference. If in doubt, buy this and find the right size; I do think it’s worth getting altered.

It appears after trying 2 different sizes I am tapped out. With both sizes of 2 and 4 it appears this may not be for curvier figures. I am between a 2& 4 but each size gave me issues with my back area right where the zipper rises before the clasp. I give up. Perhaps if someone is rail thin this really Cute jumpsuit will work. I don’t want to waste time trying a 6 but I am tempted. The only issue this time was the button detail came off so easily. That was disappointing considering the price. :(
