Advanced Night Repair Holiday Skin Care Gift Set $207 Value

Used this for decades, ever since EL discontinued Fruition. Can’t be without it!

I have been using Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair for a long time. When I saw the anniversary discount this time, I quickly made the purchase. However, I found that the product I received was different from the picture, and the box seemed to have been opened before, as if it had been used. There was no instruction manual either. So I had to return it. I want to place a new order, but I'm not sure if I will receive the same one again.

I spends hundreds dollars on an order, in order to qualify to get the free gift with purchase (which had the item that I liked), but the gift was cancelled and I never received. It felt like a scam.

I opened the package and was shocked with how all the packages were opened with no sealed. I can’t understand how Nordstrom allowed employees to do such Lousy job like this. Very disappointed!

I purchased this product during the winter. I began having terrible problems with the skin around my eyes burning, chaffing and swelling. Thinking I needed to figure it out I threw away all eye makeup and washed all my brushes, but the problem continued. My eyes would water so badly I couldn't keep eye makeup on. I thought maybe it was just the dryness of the winter or allergies. For some reason I stopped using it, and replaced it with castor oil at night. My eyes got better, but I thought it was because allergy season was lessening a little. 3 nights ago, I pulled the product out and began to use it again. After 2 days, the problem was obvious! My eyes were dry and flaky again, and all products (eye cream, moisturizer etc) burned badly and made my eyes water again. It also made wrinkles appear under my eyes that I never had before. After figuring out the problem, I googled and apparently this is a very common problem among users. Too bad I can't return it and get a refund as it's not cheap. It went to the garbage instantly. I hate to write a bad review, but want others to know if they experience the same issues.

I love this eye cream but the prices have become out of line. This is a sample of product now being sold for $26. Will start looking elsewhere, not worth the $$$
